By using AIFree you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

The service

AIFree lets you create short videos from text or images using third-party AI models. Results vary, may contain errors and may look different from what you asked for. AI-generated output may not be unique, and other people may receive similar results.

Free use

Free videos are limited to 1 without an account and 2 more with a verified account. Free output is 4 seconds at 480p and carries an AIFree label. The daily free pool is limited and may be closed when it runs out. Using multiple accounts, browsers, networks or automated tools to get more free videos is not allowed.

What you may not create

  • Sexual content of any kind involving minors, or content that sexualizes a minor.
  • Sexual or intimate content of a real person.
  • Videos that impersonate a real person or make them appear to say or do something they did not agree to, including for fraud, harassment or political deception.
  • Graphic violence, content that promotes self-harm, or hate or extremist content.
  • Content that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, or privacy or publicity rights.

Prompts are checked automatically, and the model providers apply their own filters. We may block requests, remove videos and close accounts that break these rules, and we report child sexual abuse material to the appropriate authorities.

Photos you upload

You confirm that you own each photo or have permission to use it, and that it does not show a minor. Uploaded photos are sent to the model making your video and are deleted when the video finishes, or within 24 hours at the latest.

Your videos and commercial use

As between you and AIFree, you may use the videos you create, subject to these terms and the conditions of the model that made them. You are responsible for checking that your use is lawful, including any disclosure rules for AI-generated content. We do not guarantee that output is free of third-party rights, so review a video carefully before using it commercially.

Credits and payment

Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred. Credit Pack credits last 12 months from purchase. Creator Pro credits reset each billing month and do not roll over. The credit price is shown before each generation, and credits are returned when a video is not delivered. Payments are processed by Stripe. See our Refund Policy.

Storage

Videos are deleted automatically after their retention period: 7 days for free videos, 30 days for credit videos, and 90 days for Creator Pro videos. Download anything you want to keep.

Disclaimers

The service is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.
