Pricing FAQ
Do credits expire?
Credit pack credits last 12 months from purchase. Subscription credits arrive each month and expire at the end of that month, so unused ones do not roll over. Yearly plans also receive their credits one month at a time.
Am I charged if a video fails?
No. Credits are only used once your video is finished and saved. If the model fails or rejects a request, they go back to your balance automatically.
Can I cancel a subscription?
Yes, at any time from Manage subscription. You keep your credits and subscriber features until the end of the period you paid for, and no further payments are taken.
Should I buy a pack or subscribe?
A pack is a one-time purchase, best if you only need video now and then. A subscription renews, skips the queue limits, keeps your videos for 90 days instead of 30, and adds 20% to any pack you buy while subscribed.
Does a higher plan unlock different models?
No. Any credit can be used on any model. The price depends on the model, resolution and length, and is shown before you generate.
Can I get a refund?
See our Refund Policy. In short, unused pack credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. Email support@aifree.video.
