Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data AIFree handles when you use the service.

What we collect

  • Without an account: a random ID in a cookie, and keyed hashes of your IP address and network, used to enforce free limits and stop abuse. We do not store your full IP address with your videos.
  • With an account: your email address and name, plus your Google profile details if you sign in with Google. If you sign up with email, we store a salted hash of your password, never the password itself.
  • When you create: your prompts, settings, uploaded photos and the videos produced.
  • When you pay: Stripe handles your card details. We store a customer ID, your plan and your credit history, never your card number.
  • Analytics: if enabled, usage events such as starting a generation, without analytics cookies.

Who processes your data

  • Cloudflare hosts the site, database and video storage, and runs the Turnstile bot check.
  • EvoLink and the AI model behind it receive your prompt and photo in order to make your video.
  • Stripe processes payments.
  • Google handles Google sign-in, if you choose it.
  • PostHog provides product analytics, if enabled.

How long we keep data

  • Uploaded photos: deleted when the video finishes, or within 24 hours at the latest.
  • Videos: 7 days for free videos, 30 days for credit videos, and 90 days for Creator Pro videos. Prompts are erased when the video is deleted.
  • Rejected prompts: only a hash and a category, kept for 90 days. The text is not stored.
  • Payment and credit records: as long as tax and accounting rules require.

You can delete a video at any time from My Creations.

Your rights

To access, correct or delete your account data, email support@aifree.video. Depending on where you live, you may have further rights under local law, including the right to complain to a regulator.

Children

AIFree is not intended for anyone under 18, and photos of minors must not be uploaded.
