Refund Policy

Failed videos

You do not need to ask for these. If a video is not delivered, its credits return to your balance automatically.

Credit Pack

You can get a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not used any of the credits in that pack. Once credits have been used, the pack cannot be refunded, except where the law requires otherwise.

Creator Pro

You can cancel at any time from My Creations, and your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for. You can get a refund for the first monthly payment within 14 days if you have not used any of its credits. Later renewals are not refunded unless the law requires it.

How to ask

Email support@aifree.video from your account email address. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe, and any remaining credits from that purchase are removed.
